Welcome, my name is Mark Simblist, I’m a Kinesiologist with over twenty five years experience in natural health and healing.
My practice Prema Healing provides Kinesiology treatments and other natural therapies for many different health concerns ranging from chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia and backpain to learning difficulties, allergies, headaches, jaw problems and many more.
I specialise in stress management, recovery from trauma, emotional healing and personal growth issues. I offer clients an intuitive and caring approach to therapy.
For many years I was a teacher of Kinesiology courses to the general public and health professionals. Many of my students included people just interested in healing or energy work, parents, bodyworkers, massage therapists, naturopaths, kinesiology students, nurses, reiki masters and many others.
Originally I trained as a medical doctor at the University of Sydney but I left conventional medicine soon after graduating to investigate natural approaches to health and healing. Following a career change, overseas study and several years devoted to university language teaching and research, I began training in Kinesiology, Homeopathic Medicine, Energy Healing and Nutrition in 1994. I started professional practice of natural therapies in 1998.
True healing like Kinesiology is a science and an art, a blend of East and West. I feel fortunate to have training and experience in the intuitive arts and vibrational and subtle energy medicine. I integrate this with solid knowledge of how the human body works gained from studies in Anatomy, Physiology, Biochemistry and Pathology.
All these elements form the foundation of my holistic Kinesiology practice. I’m fascinated by the body-mind-spirit connection and how we can realise our human potential.
